Girl Trouble is the fourth episode of season three of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Grace takes on an intern who she hopes to mould into herself... but is disturbed when the intern takes on all the qualities of Karen instead. And, assisting in acting in a gay sensitivy seminar for police, Will and Jack go up against two lesbian cast members with very different views.
