Girgarre is a small town in the Goulburn Valley, Victoria, Australia. It is in the Campaspe Shire local government area.

The main industry in Girgarre is dairying, mainly on family owned farms.

Girgarre has a Primary School, Kindergarden, Milk bar and a V/Line Bus stop. It is only a 10 minute drive from the larger town of Kyabram.

Girgarre also is home to a large Heinz factory, a large regional employer. Waste water from the factory is made available for farmers for irrigation and stock use.
