Gionna Jimenez Cabrera (born on August 28, 1982) is a professional model and beauty pageant winner from the Philippines. She is the daughter of Rod E. Cabrera, and Nida Jimenez and presently lives in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Cabrera was raised in the metropolis and studied in private schools, Miriam College and St. Paul College. Her parents have traveled extensively with their five children of whom Gionna is the eldest. She has been traveling since four, and has been to China, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada and the United States where she was exposed to different environments and learned to adapt easily with the different cultures. These experiences cultivated her curiosity even as a child.

Cabrera started modelling at the 16 when a French designer, Pascal Banet, discovered her.

Aside from singing, drawing and sketching, she also spends her time reading non-fiction books and fashion magazines, writing in a personal journal she keeps, dining out with family and friends, organizing things in her room, listening to new age or techno music, shopping and traveling. She also finds time to appreciate visual arts, both contemporary and renaissance.

Cabrera, then 22, outshone her peers to emerge victorious as the 2005 Bb. Pilipinas–Universe (Miss Philippines) title winner and at the same time taking three other major awards: Best in Swimsuit, Best in Long Gown, and Miss Photogenic. During the question and answer portion, this 5-feet 9 inch Integrated Marketing and Communications graduate of the University of Asia and the Pacific also displayed winning confidence with her response that impressed the pageant's board of judges and elicited a rousing applause from the audience.

Her plan is to gain experience in journalism as a reporter and/or broadcaster, spreading accurate, balanced, and relevant news and information. Further, Gionna believes that all greatness and glory is bound by time and one should be fully aware of one's non-permanence and passing nature.

Cabrera competed in the Miss Universe 2005 Beauty Pageant in Bangkok, Thailand on May 31, 2005 and she was chosen as Miss Photogenic by an internet vote.
