Gina Cavalli

Gina Cavalli is a video game character in the game R:Racing Evolution created by Namco. She is the "antagonist" of the game, and the rival of Rena Hayami.

Sometime in her racing career, Gina becomes a part of a racing team in the nefarious company known as G.V.I. Sometime proceeding this timeframe, she departed and began/joined her own Team known as "Riccardi". With her superb racing skill, she soon elevated the team to the top of the racing world.

Eventually, she meets the new racer Rena Hayami in chapter 4 for the Japan Touring Car Championship Class 3 on the Yokohama Street Circuit. She engages Rena with contempt, claiming she "..doesn't even know the team she belongs to" and "Hopes she doesn't get eaten alive." Much to her chagrin, Rena claims first place victory in the race, gaining some of Gina's respect.

The two rendezvous at their next race in Chapter Twelve for the International GT Car Championship, which again marks a narrow defeat for Gina. In the end, Rena discovers the truth about G.V.I dealings, and in the last chapter, manages to leave the corporation and participate in her team. Now friendly rivals, Gina comments on their new team while assuring her rival she'll always claim first place from now on.
