Hi Brian. Your edit to Red-winged Blackbird gave the wrong impresssion. From what you have said, the bird was defending its nest, which is not the same as an unprovoked attack. Many species will mob a potential predator, but few, apart from owls, skuas and some other large seabirds will physically attack humans. jimfbleak 15:55, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
