Gillian Roles is a British Labour politician.

She contested the Eastbourne Constituency in the 2001 General Election, East Surrey in the 1992 General Election, the East Sussex European Parliamentary Constituency in 1989, and was on the Labour list for the South East region for the 2004 elections to the European Parliament.

She is a biology teacher at Heathfield Community College in East Sussex.
