The Gibraltar Liberal Party are a political party in Gibraltar. Led by Dr Joseph Garcia, they seek city-state and dominion status for Gibraltar.

In line with most liberal parties, they describe their political philosophy as being based on notions of people deciding their own future, and are committed to Gibraltarian self-determination regarding constitutional arrangements.

They formed an electoral pact with the Gibraltar Socialist Labour Party for the 2003 election to the House of Assembly. This pact polled 39.7% of the vote at that election, returning 7 (out of 15) members, 2 of whom are Liberals.

The Gibraltar Liberal Party is a member of the Liberal International.
