[edit] Was He Right?
Did Perot's prediction come true?
- As an encyclopedia, we're not really in a position to decide. This article isn't even the best place to discuss what other commentators have decided; that sort of discussion is better placed in the NAFTA article. --Delirium 22:28, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, I think Wikipedia could indicate and provide before and after statistics that there was indeed a big increase in businesses that moved many of their operations to Mexico *after* NAFTA. So his prediction was right. -- Suso 21:55, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
All I have to say is... ha to a giant sucking sound. Must be the most colorful words in political history.

- Absolutely he was right. He was smart, and he would have been a leader. The man was as close to the "real deal" as we've had a chance to elect. But we went for, as George Carlin said "A hillbilly with a permanent hard-on" instead. All because Perot was short and talked funny. Oh well; that's America. Form over substance every time.
