Gia Campbell

Gia Campbell was a character on General Hospital. She was part of the 'Teen Scene' from July 2000 until December 2002. She was a 'notable couple' on GH, along with Nikolas Cassadine Gia first aired when she was caught blackmailing Emily Quartermaine in the murder of a police officer. Gia helped them (Lucky Spencer, Nikolas, Elizabeth Webber, and Emily) when she figured out Emily had no part in the officer's death.
