Rated as a stub, based on my own efforts so far, as this needs a lot more work. Things to consider...

Creator information - Len Kaminski wrote all of it, but there were a number of artists
Supporting cast and enemies. Out of the enemies, I think only one or two (at most) justify their own articles.
The references and cyberpunk-speak style of it all deserves a mention
...as does the plot and the various shifts and changes it went through. Preferably viewed in the context of the larger 2099 setting & it's success/publication history.
