Gheorghe Guşet

Gheorghe Guşet (born 28 May 1968 in Russe) is a Romanian shot putter.
As of September 2006 he is ranked 13th by the IAAF [1]. Guset is noted for being competitive at such an advanced age (38), since most shot putters peak in their late 20s or early 30s.
His personal best throw is 20.84 metres, achieved in August 1999 in Poiana Brašov. He has an indoor personal best of 21.04 metres, achieved in February 2006 in Bucuresti. [2]
