[edit] "War advocate"
I remain unconvinced by your provided source that she is a "war advocate." All she said in that video clip is that she thought Iran was going to get involved in Lebanon and that they would not accept a cease fire. How does that make her a "war advocate?" Believing that war is likely and supporting it are two entirely different things. Furthermore, your edit also removed that statement that she is a "human rights advocate," why did you do that? The subject matter of her book certainly seems to indicate that she is, regardless of her views on the Lebanon conflict. -Elmer Clark 02:59, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
I would argue that she is both a human rights advocate, and an advocate of regieme change in Iran. Thats my two cents worth. Technajunky 03:08, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
- That seems reasonable enough. I clarified the phrase "regime change proponent" though, since it never specified which regime. -Elmer Clark 03:51, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] inappropriate category
Unless and until a solid case is made on this talk page for inclusion of the Category:Anti-Islam sentiment category instead of just Category:Critics of Islam, this addition is going to be reverted. I don't get the feeling that the offending editor is interested in discussing this, but if so, here's the place to do it. I'm all ears. — coelacan talk — 03:17, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Shameful
I am Iranian and hate the government of Iran myself. But i can tell this little lady is one of those Iranians who change their names, marry to Canadians or Americans etc, want America or Israel to invade her homeland so she can go back home and steal some more of the money her kind stole up to 1979.
Advocate of human rights? lol. She and her kind are the reason Iran is in the mess it is in now. --Read33 12:58, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
