The GF13-066NO Nether Gundam was a Mobile fighter from the anime series Mobile Fighter G Gundam. Its name was changed to Hurricane Gundam for the english dub. This Gundam was the represantative for the Neo Netherlands.

The Nether Gundam was a Gundam with the ability to trasform into a windmill. By disguising itself this way and avoiding combat it could easily enter the finals without fighting.

However this plan backfired as the pilot Paul Bauhoben was a poor fighter. He was easily defeated in every match and did not qualify for the battle royal on Lantau Island.

How long the Gundam lasted in the finals is unknown. It was only seen in one match against The GF13-002NGR Zeus Gundam and never again. It is presumed that he was eliminated some time after during the first round of matches.

Later, when the World Gundam Federation fought against the JDG-00X Devil Gundam, 39 mass produced Nether Gundams were deployed to fight it. It is unknown whether these units were for later Gundam Fights, colony defense, or both.
