Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (GRUR) is a monthly intellectual property law journal published in German. [1] It is the journal (German: Zeitschrift) of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (German: Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht), founded in 1891. [2] The journal articles mainly concern German law. [3]
