[edit] Song History
The song is one of the favorites among Estefan fans. This song is contained a lot soft-pop music mixed with dance and some Latin rhythms much in the style of other songs of Gloria such "Rhythm is Gonna Get You" and the upcomings "Oye mi Canto (Hear my Voice)" and "Higher".
The song has been used for open the 2004's "Live & Re-Wrapped Tour", and was performed in another tour such as "The Get on Your Feet Tour", in which Gloria was at the edge of the death because that fatal accident that almost killed her, that tour was cancelled, but was named like this song , "The Into the Light" World Tour and the "Evolution Tour" also were had this song.
Later the song was mixed with "Conga", "Rhythm Is Gonna Get You", "1-2-3" and "Dr. Beat" to make the "Gloria Estefan Megamix" that was performed live at the Vh1 special "Divas Live 98", when this song was performed at the last of this medley.
At the Tours, when Gloria use to say: "Get on Your Feet", she used to make a little jump on her same space making all the audience doing the same that she's doing. This little movement, can be seen in all the performances that she had did with this song.
