"Get Over You" / "Move This Mountain" was the third single released by Sophie Ellis-Bextor from her debut album Read My Lips (2001).

Afer two successful singles released earlier in 2001, Sophie Ellis-Bextor released "Get Over You" in June of 2002. "Lover", one of the tracks on Sophie's debut album Read My Lips, was cancelled as a single, and "Get Over You" was released instead, and was included on the re-released version of Read My Lips. The song was Sophie's third top 3 hit, peaking at #3 on the UK Singles Chart. The single was a double A-side with "Move This Mountain" but "Get Over You" received more promotion and had a more popular video (which was directed by "Max & Dania" as "MAD"). "Move This Mountain"'s music video was directed by Sophie Muller.

In Latin America, the singles were released separately, "Get Over You" being the third single from the album, "Music Gets The Best Of Me" the fourth and "Move This Mountain" the fifth. "Get Over You" reached number-one the Mexican Singles Chart, number-three on the Argentine Singles Chart and number-four on the Brazilian Singles Chart.
