Image from CIVITAS DEI Catholic website Original source that supplied image to the Catholic website not stated but image can only have been taken by the Vatican itself. External photographers would not have been allowed access to take such an image in St. Peter's Basilica.

Fair use also claimed in Sedia gestatoria because the chair has not been used by recent popes, and there probably will never be an opportunity to take a picture of the sedia gestatoria in use again.
