I joined the Wikipedia community in good faith and have contributed significantly to several articles relating to agronomy, physics and comparative religion (more than 3,000 edits).

Unfortunately, a group of Islamist activists succeeded in hijacking the Wikipedia system and pressing their Sunni Islamic point of view. As a result, Wikipedia does not live up anymore to its claims of an independant information source and I decided to withdraw from Wikipedia until the administration takes appropiate measures to ensure NPOV, pending other steps.

To my deep regrets, I have to conclude that Wikipedia cannot be trusted as a reliable, NPOV source for Islam-related information.
