Geri-Ann Galanti, Ph.D. is a medical anthropologist, and professor at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Galanti is also a part-time professor at California State University's School of Natural & Social Sciences[1]. Dr. Galanti is a consultant to Doctors in Touch[2].

Dr. Galanti is the author of the book Caring for Patients from Different Cultures, published by University of Pennsylvania Press. The book is used as a reference work at the State University of New York Institute of Technology[3] and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School[4]. As of its 2003 publication, the book is currently in its third edition.
