Gerard Kearns

Gerard Kearns (born October 4, 1984 in Lancashire, England) is a British actor best known for his role as Ian Gallagher in the Channel 4 television series Shameless. He is currently filming the fifth series.
Gerard, stars in a new film for Film4 Productions, The Mark of Cain, based on British soldiers' abuse of Iraqi prisoners and premièred at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in February 2007. He has also starred in the short films Grandad and The 10th Man. In 2007 he appeared in the video for The View single "Skag Trendy".
