Gerald Mervin Vanenburg (born March 5, 1964 in Utrecht, Utrecht) is a former football right winger from The Netherlands, who earned 42 caps for the Netherlands national football team, in which he scored one goal. He was a member of the Dutch team that won the European title at the 1988 European Football Championship in West Germany.

Nicknamed Vaantje and Geraldinho, he played for Ajax Amsterdam (1980-86), PSV Eindhoven (1986-93), Jubilo Iwata (1993-96), FC Utrecht (1997), AS Cannes (1997-98), and 1860 München (1998-2000). After his professional career he was caretaker-manager with 1860 München in 2004 for a couple of months, and started as a head coach for Helmond Sport in Holland's second division (Eerste Divisie) in the summer of 2006. He was fired there on Saturday February 17, 2007.
