Talk:George R. Carey

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

(1) the article 'Electroscope' in The New York Sun of 29 March 1877 was identified as not applying to a real invention by the people who did research mentioned in Telectroscope ref.1; (2) the ref at the bottom credits Carey with the invention of telectroscope in 1875, whereas Carey himself says that he only had the very first idea a year later and really started his work in 1877. It would be good to rearrange the text a little to include these different points of view. --C. Trifle 12:13, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
