[edit] Brakish Sea Water
Just as an answer to the person who raised the question, I mean partially-desalinated sea water. That is, the source of the water is basically the ocean (though rain falls and mixes with it), but it has been partially filtered of salt, hence it is brakish (which I understand to refer to salinated water that has a lower salt content than would be expectd of sea water...at least, from the Atlantic Ocesn). I could be clearer, I suppose. :)
