State Route 385 is a short highway that runs northeast-to-southwest from U.S. 23/U.S. 441/S.R. 15 in the community of Hollywood in the north to U.S. 23/U.S. 441/S.R. 15/S.R. 365 in Cornelia in the south. The route is in Habersham County for its entire length. The route is cosigned with S.R. 17 Alternate north of Clarkesville, and cosigned with the historic route of U.S. 441 south of Clarkesville.
