State Route 354 is a short, arc-shaped highway entirely in Harris County. From its western terminus at S.R. 18 west of the town of Pine Mountain, the route travels east, intersecting U.S. 27/S.R. 1 in the town of Pine Mountain. The route then turns south, ascending Pine Mountain. On top of the mountain, S.R. 190 passes over the route on an historic bridge built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The route then descends the mountain into the valley below, reaching its eastern terminus at S.R. 116 in Pine Mountain Valley. The route serves as a connector and access road to traffic visiting F.D. Roosevelt State Park.
