Georgia Highlands College is a two-year college located in Rome, Georgia, USA. Since opening in 1970, it has been part of the University System of Georgia. The school was originally named for Floyd County, of which Rome is the county seat. In April 2005, the Georgia Board of Regents voted to change the school's name from Floyd College, which took effect on August 1.

The school has satellite campuses at Heritage Hall in Rome, North Metro Tech in Acworth, and another at Cartersville. Some classes will also be taught in classroom space rented at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta.
