George Parris (born September 11, 1964 in Ilford, Essex) is an English former professional footballer.

Parris joined East London club West Ham United as an apprentice in July 1991, after playing schoolboy football with Redbridge, London and England. He signed as a pro the following year, and made his First Division debut in the final game of the 1984-85 season, a home game against Liverpool on May 20, 1985. Parris went on to make 290 league and cup appearances for West Ham, scoring 17 goals, and came runner-up to Ludek Miklosko in the 'Hammer of the Year' poll for the 1990-91 season.

Parris joined Birmingham City in March 1993 for a fee of £100,000 and saw relegation to Division Two at the end of the 1993-94 season. He spent much of his Birmingham contract out on loan, at Brentford, Bristol City and Brighton, and signed permanently with Brighton on September 29, 1995.

Parris played one league game on a non-contract basis for Southend on August 30, 1997 and also played for Kettering. He spent the 1997-98 season at now defunct St Leonards before retiring.
