George Montague Harper

Lieutenant General Sir George Montague Harper KCB, DSO (11 January 1865 – 15 December 1922) was a British general during the First World War. He commanded the 51st (Highland) Division during the Battle of the Somme, the Battle of Arras and the Battle of Cambrai. From March 1918 until the end of the war he commanded IV Corps in the British Third Army.
