George Mira (born January 11, 1942 in Key West, Florida) was a former American professional football player. A 2nd round drafted quarterback from the University of Miami, Mira played in 8 NFL seasons from 1964-1971 for 3 different teams. He was a backup in Super Bowl VI as a member of the Miami Dolphins. He later played with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL, and the Birmingham Americans and Jacksonville Express of the WFL. He led the Americans to the first WFL championship in 1974.
His son George Mira, Jr. was an All-American linebacker at the University of Miami.
