George Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan

George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan, KG, PC (12 May 18406 March 1915) was a British Conservative politician. He served as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 1895 to 1902 and was also the first Mayor of Chelsea in 1900. On 16 May 1865, he married Lady Beatrix Craven (the fourth daughter of the 2nd Earl of Craven) and they had nine children:

Lord Cadogan's wife died in 1907 and on 12 January 1911, he married his first cousin once removed, Adele.
