George Blay

George Blay (born 7 August 1980) is a Ghanaian football player who, as of 2006, was playing for Dinamo Bucureşti.
He was part of the Ghanaian 2002 African Nations Cup team, who exited in the quarter-finals after losing to Nigeria. He also featured at the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship.
