George Arbuthnot of Invernettie, Aberdeenshire and of Arbuthnot House, Peterhead (baptised Peterhead 17 July 1777; died 4 June 1847) was a cotton manufacturer of Glasgow, a merchant and the first Provost of Peterhead (1833-1834).
Arbuthnot was the second son of James Arbuthnot of Dens. He married Mary Hutchison and had issue.
