Geoffrey Stewart is an Olympic-level rower, who competes for Australia. He is the twin brother of James Stewart (olympian1996,2000,2004) and older brother of Stephen Stewart (olympian 2004). They were the first trio of brothers to represent Australia in rowing at the same Olympics and were all educated at Newington College, and coached by olympian and fellow Old Newingtonian Michael Morgan. In 1996 Geoffrey competed in the mens eight event at the Atlanta Olympics, placing sixth. In 2000 he again teamed up with James and competed in the Mens coxless four with James placing 3rd. In 2004 Athens Olympics he rowed with his brother James and Stephen in the Mens Eight placing third.
