Geoffrey Pernell

Geoffrey Pernell (born 1970) is a British former soldier and convicted killer.
He and two other soldiers were involved in the abduction, rape and manslaughter of a Danish tour guide in Cyprus in September 1994. They were found guilty at their trial on 28 March 1996 and sentenced to life imprisonment, but all three soldiers had their sentences cut to 25 years at a subsequent appeal and Pernell was released on 21 August 2006.
