Geoffrey Cushing-Murray

Geoffrey Cushing-Murray is a songwriter born 1946 in New York. He served as a decorated Army officer in Vietnam and studied English at UCLA,where he was a member of the varsity fencing team. He written has songs such as "Hot Night In A Cold Town" which has been covered by John Mellencamp and Steppenwolf. He has also written words and music for The Beach Boys. This includes "Angel Come Home", "Full Sail", "Goin' South" with Carl Wilson and "Love Surrounds Me" with Dennis Wilson.
