Geoff Mack

Albert Geoffrey McElhinney (born December 20, 1922 in Surrey Hills, Victoria, Australia), better known as Geoff Mack, is a country music singer and songwriter.

Geoff "Tangletongue" Mack’s greatest claim to fame is that he wrote the song I've Been Everywhere which became a hit in Australia in 1962 with the release of a version recorded by Lucky Starr. Later that year a version was written by Mack with American place names, and recorded by Hank Snow.
