I am changing the categorixzation from american criminals to mexican criminals since as I understand it the category is supposed to be the nationality of the criminal and in the article it says he is mexican. Jabencarsey 14:50, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

It's worth noting that this guy was captured in Mexico and currently imprissoned there.
