Gentlenova is an athmospherical rockband mainly from Born, The Netherlands.

The main charactaristics of Gentlenova are harmonized lyrics, and guitar picking patterns in various rhythms. Their main influences are Pink Floyd, Radiohead and The Gathering. Currently Gentlenova are writing and working towards an Demo CD.

Biography

Gentlenova started out as a two-man project, founded by Dennis Evers and Joe. Their objective was making music based on the more atmospheric and 'gentle' side of music. Lacking a drummer, they got Lars Jessen into the band. Wanting to achieve the same things, he came up with a lot of ideas to fill in the blanks they missed. The project started to look more and more like a serious "band", and the decision was made to look for a guitar player whose sound would fit in with theirs. Don Rackham joined the band as the lead guitar player. Since 2004 Jack Outjers has joined the band, replacing Joe as the bass player.
