General Tumult

Bucky Tumult is a fictional anthropomorphic bulldog created for the animated Disney series Tale Spin. He was a brigadier general and the uncle of Col. Grogg. He appears in the episode War of the Weirds and was voiced by John Stephenson.

Known as "Uncle Bucky" to Grogg despite the fact that Tumult constantly requested his nephew never call him that "in front of the men", Tumult had nothing but contempt for Grogg's constant, paranoid fears that aliens would invade Earth. He eventually demoted Grogg to the rank of private after one "hallucination" too many.
