General Kincaid

General Kincaid is the "Public Commander" of the Genetic Research and Security Organization (GRSO), an anti-mutant military force made as a separate branch of the United States Military. He harbors a deep hatred for all mutants and will do anything to eradicate them, including reactivating the Sentinel Initiative. After sending numerous Sentinels to kidnap Magneto, Magneto destroys them and aboard Asteroid M, he makes the following demands:

1: He gains full totalitarian rights as ruler of Genosha

2: General Kincaid must stand trial for crimes against mutants.

At the end of X-Men Legends, General Kincaid is presumably killed in a battle suit that is called the Master Mold, despite the fact that it doesn't have the same functions as the regular Master Mold but it is bigger than the regular Sentinels.
