The General Aircraft GAL.47 was a 1940s British single-engined twin-boom air observation post built by General Aircraft Limited and Hanworth Aerodrome.

The GAL.47 was designed to be an airborne air observation post and had a twin-boom configuration and a pusher airscrew. Only one was built (test registration T-0224) in 1940 at Hanworth Aerodrome. It was destroyed on 2 April 1942.
