Genci Cakciri

'Genci Cakciri' (born May 26, 1982, Tirana, Albania) (Often to referred to 'Cacki', 'Ace Loveforty' or 'The Golden voice of Albania') is an Albanian Tennis player and musician. He has won the National Tennis Championships for 4 successive years, 2003 to 2006. He was born into a family of six, and is the son of a watchmaker. He plays a very active role in the development of tennis in Albania acting as National Youth Tennis Coach and is the tennis expert summeriser for Albanian television.

Genci is yet to make an appearance at any level of the ATP circuit.
Genci's game is based around his powerful first serve and impressive footwork.
Genci is sponsored by Albanian sportsdrink manufacturer Fire Juice and clothing company Rad Cool Sportswear.
In an interview with Mahnitës Rakete Tenis magazine, Genci cites his biggest influences on his career as being Björn Borg and Tim Henman, who he watched through video tapes as a young boy[citation needed].

On 1st March 2007, the Albanian Tennis Federation took out full page adverts in the Albanian press, demanding a team be entered in the Davis Cup, with Genci spearheading the campaign. As of yet, the International Tennis Federation have not responded.

Genci is, apart from a gifted tennis player, an important member of the Albanian showbiz. He's nicknamed 'The Golden voice of Albania" for his exceptional singing talent. He's also a very good dancer and because of his good looks, he's a real girls idol. Right now he's working on a Michael Jackson cover album which is due to be released in the summer.

According to Albanian Charity Zam! Genci is currently volunteering at an orphanage and visits the children 3 times a week[citation needed]. This caused a dramatic increase of children being sent to orphanages[citation needed]. Mr. Cakciri is said to be looking for other charity work after government officials criticized his (bad) influence on Albanian family life[citation needed].

As of 2007, Genci is still single, but has been romantically linked with many famous Albanian women in recent years, including cosmologist Dr Laura Mersini and popular singer Ledina Çelo.
Whilst reporting on the 2006 Stockholm Open Genci was seen at the Scandic Ariadne Hotel with award winning Polish tennis journalist Natalia Tatarkiewicz. He is yet to respond to these allegations.
