[edit] My Faith in Christ

I am an evangelical Christian who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross as a substitionary sacrifice for our sins so that we could be made righteous. He rose on the third day and He is now seated at the right hand of the Father in Heaven. He is coming again.

Because humans are sinful, we have many troubles in the world: war, murder, poverty, hunger, theft, social inequality, suffering and the general devaluing of human life. Each one of us fall short of the glory of God. Sinners cannot please God or do anything to save themselves. That's why we need Jesus to be our Savior.

What makes the Christian faith different is that we do not trust in our own ability to be good and earn eternal life, but rather in the Righteous One who took our place on the Cross at Calvary to restore us to a right relationship with God. The Lord cancelled our sin at the Cross. Jesus did what we couldn't do. Jesus is the only way!

Christ changed my life. Before, I couldn't do anything but sin and my life was a mess. Now, my life is turned around. To find out more about my faith, please contact me.

I posess interests in just about everything, especially geography. Most recently, social simulation and serious games captured my imagination. I desire to apply my interests and skills to helping people around the world.
