Gaston de Casteljac is a French brandy of premium Cognac (drink).

Of the ADEX company, it's blends are Grande Champagne Cognac, the most famous cru of Cognac area. There are blends as Elegance Pure, VS, VSOP and XO, as well as very rare vintages.

All these blends and vintages have the same tasting line characteristics: it’s rich, expressive and smooth.

We can notice a Silver Medal for the VSOP in 2006, from the Beverage Testing Institute of Chicago. Elegance Pure was rated 2nd best value for money in Norway.

The production of these cognacs is quite old, but bottle production is more recent. It was previously more sold to well known negociants.
