In response to DuncanCummings tagging of "uncited statements" ("citation needed"), I have begun to insert dated citations for the quotes. These are being taken from press quotes and reviews from Gary Lucas's website and other online sources, with his permission. Gyre2k

This is currently linking to an unrelated movie - it either needs to be re-named or unlinked SatuSuro 14:00, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

I delinked Gods and Monsters, it leads to a movie not related to this article. There is an album title by that name but its by "I Am Kloot"[1] and also not related to this title. Added a citation needed.--Dakota 18:35, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy delete request denied

This article was listed for speedy deletion but after reviewing I have declined to do so - while the first two paragraphs resemble the text here they are not identical. The article has a long history from multiple contributors, which means it does not satisfy WP:CSD G12. Qwghlm 23:10, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Accepted. For the record though, there's only really been one contributor and he's only made edits to this article - perhaps this is a case of WP:AUTO. The editor needs to understand that this is an encyclopaedia and is not a place to insert promotional material about yourself however tempting that opportunity may be. I hope that he or someone else can devote some time to rewriting the article in an neutral, encyclopaedic tone. —Moondyne 23:34, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
