Hi all, I removed part of the line below since it is not consistent with the rest of the sentence. As he grew older, however, he fell from public favour and, after the cancellation of Diff'rent Strokes, his acting career declined sharply; his career path was common to many child actors and other icons of the period, such as Mr T and Henry Winkler. I saw Gary in person once and he didn't look anywhere near 4'8". This photo from the 80's he looks like he's possibly shorter than 4' tall. [1] In this '99 photo is waist is about as high as an auto bumper [2]. Justforasecond 16:24, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

Updated the information regarding portrayal of the Gary Coleman Character to reflect that the character was actually written out of the London version, and that Avenue Q has opened (and closed) in Vegas.
