I don't understand how and article can get this long, and have a disputed banner on it and not have a talk page. So here it is. Everything needs to be cited and broken links fixed. GO!! Random89 05:25, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, it's not a great article. Particularly and personally, I think there is signficant overlap with what is known as the garage rock revival and the post-punk revival movement, both of which are very important to current trends in popular rock music since about 2001 when The Strokes appeared, which has culminated in a flooding of the market with bands with this sort of sound, also often using the definite article as the first part of the band's name.--HisSpaceResearch 02:50, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
