Gary White is the current technical director and head coach of the Bahamas national football team and has held this position since 1999. He has been instrumental in the development of football in the Bahamas.

The Bahamas Football Association is seen as the most progressive Football Association in CONCACAF and are becoming regionally and internationally competitive due to the development programs that the BFA have put into place. During Gary's tenure as head coach the Bahamas Football Association have climbed 55 places up the FIFA World Rankings. The BFA's development has seen the Bahamas progress from a regional minnow to the 9th ranked team in the Caribbean and the 16th ranked in CONCACAF, and ranked in the top 130 in the world. Gary White is a United States Soccer Federation National Instructor and NSCAA National Staff Instructor. Gary was a guest speaker for the NSCAA Soccer Convention in 2004. He is a FIFA course presenter and holds many elite coaching Licenses / Diplomas including the USSF 'A' License, UEFA/FA Coaching License and the NSCAA Premier Diploma.
