Garden of Heaven is a Korean movie release in 2003.
Choi is emotionally scarred by the experience of losing his parents as a child. That's why he is so surprised when he meets Kim, another orphan, and finds himself opening his heart to her. But Choi could lose Kim as easily as he falls in love with her, as she is dying from an incurable disease.
