The Garden Grove Fire Department is the agency that provides fire protection and emergency medical services for Garden Grove, California.

The Garden Grove FD EMS operates at all 7 fire stations. There are 2 EMS Squads with 1 full time EMS squad and 1 Reserve EMS squad. At each fire station there are 2 fire fighters whom are also EMTs.
